路亚龙,男,博士(后),副教授。20216月获得食品化学博士学位,硕博连读期间受国家留学基金委资助赴美国麻省大学(University of Massachusetts Amherst)联合培养。20217月进入新葡的京集团3512vip工作,202212月破格晋升为副教授。

现为西部果品资源高值利用教育部工程研究中心、陕西省食品绿色加工与安全控制工程实验室骨干成员,主要从事食品分子营养与代谢(涉及动物、细胞、组学测序分析等)、果蔬微生物发酵与加工等方面的研究。

目前,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、陕西省重点研发计划、中央引导地方科技发展专项资金等项目7项。参与国家自然科学基金等国家级项目6项、陕西省科技重大专项等省部级项目5项,合作获得陕西省高等学校科技进步二等奖1项。兼任Food & FunctionJournal of Functional FoodsJournal of Food Science等杂志审稿人,陕西省食品科学技术学会理事等职务。近年来,在Molecular Nutrition & Food ResearchFood ChemistryFood Research International等高水平SCI期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,申请国家发明专利5项,作为副主编出版教材1部。
