个人简介

赵爱青,女,博士(后),副教授,硕士生导师,2015年获西北农林科技大学农学博士学位,2016年入职新葡的京集团3512vip。

教学经历

主要承担本科生《食品科学概论》等专业课程及全校生《美食鉴赏与创新设计》通识选修课的课堂教学工作。

科研经历

近年来发表学术论文40余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文13篇,主持并参与国家自然科学基金、陕西省重点研发计划、西安市科技局农业攻关项目、中国博士后面上项目、横向项目等9项。获陕西省科技进步二等奖1项(4/5)、陕西省林业厅特等奖1项(4/5)、陕西高等学校科学技术奖二等奖1项(6/6)。

主要研究方向

1)粮食副产物高值化利用:麦麸功能因子提取及营养机制研究;

2)食品功能因子与肠道菌群互作机制。
