个人简介：
赵鹏涛，男，1990年生，讲师，师资博士后。2012年6月，毕业于西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院葡萄酒工程专业，获工学学士学位。同年获推免直博生资格，师从著名葡萄与葡萄酒专家李华教授。2014年9月至2016年9月，受国家留学基金委资助，在美国俄勒冈州立大学（Oregon State University）食品科学与技术系和俄勒冈葡萄酒研究中心（OWRI）访问学习。2017年12月，获园艺学博士学位。现加入郭玉蓉教授团队，主要从事苹果、葡萄等农产品深加工及其饮料的风味化学的研究。
